Welcome to Millstone by Goodall Homes

Millstone is a master planned community in Hendersonville located off of Saundersville Road. Our community is planned for 614 homes, including 420 single-family homes and 194 villas, cottage homes, and townhomes. Millstone's Town Center amenity area serves as the center piece for this lifestyle community, offering residents a variety of active and passive recreation. Amenities include a pavilion, resort style pool, community lake, fitness center, playground, a working Farm Stand and walking trails that link sidewalks throughout the community. In addition to the amenity area, Millstone also includes design features such as a Mill House with grinding wheel, an event lawn and a water fall that makes Millstone a destination community for the Nashville area.

The purpose of this website is to keep our community informed of activities and happenings in our community and around the City of Hendersonville that might be of interest to our community.

As we move through the calendar year, events and community news will be posted in the news or calendar sections both of which appear below. Please feel free to contact us with any news or events you think might be of interest to the community at large.

The majority of the Social Committee communication is done via Email and on Facebook. When necessary, the Social Committee meets in the Flex Room. Notifications will be posted on the Community Calendar. There are some exceptions to this regular meeting to encourage participation from every part of our community. We are always looking for new people and new opportunities to bring our community together. We will post any changes to this schedule in the Community Calendar.
